If you are a Nimbuzz Messenger user and you don't want your Nimbuzz Account to get hacked then you should do your best to secure it. A high secure account consists on an unpredictable password, email and phone number.
Let's kick off with the password. You Nimbuzz password should consist on over than 10 characters that should be letters, capital letters, numbers and special characters (like $#()*_=-_+ etc..). Your password should not be a word like "handsome or "beautiful" or a combo of simple words like "smartboy" or "prettygirl". These are easy to be guessed and are featured on every password list of Brute Force crackers.
The next step is pairing your Nimbuzz account with your email and your phone number. This will also let you recover your Nimbuzz account in case you forget the password. To do that, go to Settings > Options > Account and type your email and phone number at their respective bars. To set up your email that's all you have to do, while to configure Nimbuzz account with a phone number you will need a code which will be sent to you via SMS. Remember that you can no longer join Nimbuzz Chat Rooms without a verified phone number, so this is a must for you.
In any case where you believe that your Nimbuzz account might been compromised you can use your registered email or your mobile number to retrieve it. When you use your phone number you will receive an SMS displaying you the correct password, even if someone changed it.
